What ages can enroll?

We are currently enrolling ages 2-5years.

Does my child need to be potty trained?

All students ages 3 and up should be able to use the restroom with limited help.

Do you provide meals or snacks?

No, we do not. Each caregiver is responsible for packing and bringing a water bottle, healthy lunch, and snacks for their child.

Yes, we have a dedicated nap time each day between 12:30pm-2:30pm. We provide nap mats but encourage a blanket and or stuffed animal to be brought to school each day.

What is the latest time I can drop off and pick up my child?

We begin our curriculum at 9:00am so drop off is strongly suggested before then. We have a strict pick up time of 5:30pm and a late fee will be due at the time of pick up should you arrive late.

What is your student to teacher ratio?

Smart Start follows all state childcare guidelines and is a licensed preschool and certified by IdahoSTARS.

How frequently do you sanitized the classroom and toys?

We sanitize our classroom surfaces multiple times daily. We follow all health department requirements and we deep clean our toys weekly.

Do you accommodate allergies and/or dietary restrictions?

We are proud to be a peanut-free facility! We also take pride and care and work closely with our parents and students who may have a food or medicinal allergy. All allergies are posted in clear view in each room of the building.

Parents should discuss with the Director and the child’s teachers upon enrollment. Parents must submit written documentation with specific guidelines for addressing each special type of dietary need and food allergy.
